Synopsis

Marcus must stop using a lucky dip and learn fair and effective selection strategies.

Marcus unorthodox approach to running Cutting Edge includes his method of selecting recruits. Carol is appalled that he spins a globe to achieve diversity; Dion points out that drawing names from a hat is no guarantee of fairness.
