Career Resilience is a course designed to develop career resilience. In uncertain economic times, everyone needs a toolkit of personal capabilities and emotional competencies to steer them through change while taking charge and looking forwards – not backwards. It provides practical strategies to identify your unique competencies and find opportunities to develop from volunteering and seeking help from a mentor.

Once this course is completed, you will have learned what it takes to do well when times are tough or when it feels as though your career has hit a wall. You will be able to develop your distinctive competencies, a distinctive elevator pitch and will be motivated to seek support from HR and career experts.
